Cutting Avs (using PSP 7)

  1. Find your image

  2. Copy it and paste it into PSP as a new image.

  3. Crop the image to the approximate shape of the av you want to create.

Ex: For 150s, crop your image to a square.

  1. I apply my filter(s) at this point so that it easier to see.

  2. Look at the top of the image to see the ratio of the image as you see it. You will need to use the zoom so that the image is 1:1.

  3. Go into the image menu and use the resize option. I use the pixel option. You have better control of the exact number of pixels, which is important for avs. For ultras it will be 150 x 150. You may have to tweak the area you cropped. You get better at cropping with experience.
